First, gather your ingredients. All that is needed to make this flatbread is: besan flour, olive oil, water, salt and spices.

Next, gather your supplies. You will need a springform pan along with a parchment circle cut to fit inside.

Place all of your ingredients into a medium sized bowl.

Add water and stir stir stir... then let set a while. Maybe an hour or so.

Very thinly slice up some garlic.

Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan. Top with thinly sliced garlic.

Bake in preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.

Let cool briefly, then slice into personal sized pieces.

Top with your favorite fixin's.
