Is everyone ready for all the autumn eats?

It wouldn’t be fall without brussel sprouts, and Laura’s warm brussel sprout toss looks absolutely perfect for the cooler days to come.

Susan’s raw tomato spinach tart would be one scrumptious was to use some of those end-of-the-season tomatoes still lingering around.

Also perfect for fall – pumpkin goodnesses! Trina of Your Vegan Mom created a tasty twist on Susan V.’s gloriously goooooood Impossible Vegan Pumpkin Pie and made Mini Pies with Sticky Pecans. Brilliant!

Erin created the most yummy looking spicy fava bean falafel for all to enjoy. I’m addicted to her sriracha-vegenaise dressing and can’t think of anything better to dip these deliciousnesses in!

Gena’s delicious eggplant rollatinis look easy to make and ever-so awesome on so many tasty levels. Mmmmm!

Whip up your favorite xgfx crust and thoroughly enjoy Kathy’s Espresso Coconut Cream Pie. Absolutely awesome!
