Happy as well to have made the list! I’m all about excitement here at the WGV.

I’ve enjoyed taking part in the monthly Gluten-Free Ratio Rally, especially with the added challenge of making everything vegan. I managed to make a gluten-free vegan pasta by substituting the only two ingredients in the fresh pasta: flour and eggs! Go, team!
