Guess what I got in the mail today? They are sooo wonderful and that’s even before I start cooking. Thank you very much, Kittee! I’m looking forward to giving one away.

I just got my copy today and I am so excited!

I’ve never cooked Ethiopian food before, but there’s no place safe to go out now that I can’t eat gluten, so now the Ethiopian food can come to me!

I was so excited to order this after The Veggie Queen suggested it to me. (She knows I love my Ethiopian food and my restaurant fix is over an hour away.) I jumped on Paypal to order while I was on vacation, and it was waiting for me when I got home! So far I’ve only made two things since I’m trying to deal with a overload of CSA stuff. I made the collard greens and mushrooms (both of which were from my CSA!) I’m loving reading everything, and can’t wait to get cooking!!!! Thank you sooooo much.
